Konica Minolta was launching their fastest press to date, the bizhub PRESS 2250P, and needed a way to showcase the press’ quality and capabilities live at client demonstrations, events and tradeshows. We suggested they do something as impressive as the press itself: a 250 page book that takes you on a visual journey of speed and power—the two main product benefits. This coffee table-style book contains 250 pages of inspiration showing various typography weights, rules, tones, photographs, illustrations, etc. to truly highlight the product attributes.
Although first to introduce contemporary metal jewelry in 1989, Triton wedding bands have long been known by their material type rather than brand name. Studio C helped Triton re-establish their brand platform—integrating strength and innovation as the core of their brand narrative. The newly forged brand voice, attitude and visual identity are a cohesive system, extending across all touchpoints: advertising, marketing, point of sale, trade show environments and digital media. Successfully relaunched at JCK Las Vegas, the jewelry industry’s leading annual trade event, the Triton family of products are now aligned under a unified, compelling brand story.
In addition to establishing the Triton master brand, Studio C created a distinct look for Triton Custom—an extension to the Triton family of products. With customization as the key differentiator, we framed the story around the easy, 4-step design process. The notion of building a distinct ring was reinforced throughout the concept and visual execution. Triton Custom successfully launched at JCK Las Vegas and has become one of their most successful collections to date.
Studio C helped reimagine the packaging for Silks, a private label paint line in Canada. The goal was to elevate the look of the packaging and communicate the exceptional quality of the paint. Additionally, the design had to work with both English and French content—a mandatory with our friends up North. A new logotype for Silks was created, incorporating a hand-lettered inspired script. The dominant visual is a custom, continuous wave pattern illustrating the seamless flow of paint. The Canadian team loved the fresh, striking design, successfully bringing the new packaging to market.
A start-up advisory group serving executive level clients approached Studio C to develop a brand identity that reflected their CEO/Founder’s extensive market experience. Graphic, architectural forms are used throughout to illustrate strength and growth—the building blocks of any successful venture. The color palette is bold and bright, an unexpected twist to the strong forms. The overall identity was designed to tell a flexible and fluid brand story at any stage of the business’s evolution—onward and upward!
Once again, Studio C partnered with Benjamin Moore’s Color Studio to redesign their Designer Reference Set. Part of their family of color tools for the interior design market, the binder set houses large color sample sheets. User experience and functionality were key concepts we focused on during the design process. An added grommet in the spine makes pulling the heavy binder fast and easy. The color key on the spine quickly identifies enclosed hues. The dramatic new design visually marries the entire family of color tools—from the hand-held fan decks to the portable Designer Reference Kit. With the launch of the new binder set, the Benjamin Moore color tools are a unified, cohesive system.
A philosopher, a lawyer, a psychologist, a writer and an advocate for women’s rights, William Marston created the character of Wonder Woman for DC Comics. The character of Wonder Woman would be the embodiment of his teachings and beliefs changing the face of comics forever. Studio C designed the exhibit to tell his story at the Marston Family Museum, exclusively presented at Atlantic City Boardwalk Con. Working closely with the creator’s granddaughter, we developed a celebration of his legacy through an exhibit featuring Wonder Woman’s creation, pop culture memorabilia and artwork that is a tribute to the most powerful woman in comics.
Studio C helped Benjamin Moore’s Color Studio redesign their outdated kit and bring needed enhancements as they reworked all color tools to be trilingual. We developed a new streamlined carrying case that met the needs of their premium audience. We addressed functionality, ease of use, as well as updating the brand aesthetic through the library’s fan deck covers and overall information architecture for the presentation of color information. A user-friendly template (consisting of a pattern on the back of the swatches) allows product information to be present at all times. All 2,000 color swatches were produced at three sizes for sampling purposes and can be ordered by customers.
The KM-1 gives shape to ideas. Really big ideas. The series of posters served as a New Year’s promotion highlighting the impact of the large 23" x 29.5" paper size and outstanding image quality of Konica Minolta’s KM-1 Press. The unique geometric study uses 3 shapes literally to bring to life the possibilities that can take shape with the product. The overall calendar approach reinforces both Konica’s belief in innovation, as well as their brand promise.
For years, Konica Minolta has been integrating environmental, economic and social perspectives into their corporate strategy. Impressively, they’ve introduced new green technologies, lower energy costs, increased participation in recycling programs and much more. Studio C developed a campaign to communicate these results to customers. Ads, compelling marketing collateral, email marketing and trade show materials gave this commitment a consistent face and tone-of-voice.
To maintain their status as a national leader in healthcare, Atlantic Health System must continue to provide cutting-edge healthcare solutions to their patients. Fundraising plays a large role in allowing the hospital to achieve this goal. Studio C helped develop the materials for AHS’s largest capital campaign to date: Campaign 3SIXTY. Print, video, and digital solutions all came into play when examining how to reach the donor audience. Cutting through the healthcare clutter was paramount, requiring a unique approach... and Studio C delivered.
Up. Up. And away. Konica Minolta’s FileAssist solution provides businesses with secure, powerful, cloud-enabled tools that will transform the way they store, share, and use information. From initial logo development through final marketing elements, Studio C handled the creative for the product launch. Our materials were able to break through the cloud clutter and set FileAssist apart.
Direct from a tiny island in Toscana, Italy, Mezzanotte Designs offers a dramatic update on the centuries-old notion that your destiny is written in the stars. Studio C was literally involved from the ground up of this start-up Italian Jewelry Line, first in creating the brand itself then providing creative direction for photography, tone-of-voice, naming, point-of-sale, packaging, ecommerce website design and more. From the times of Romulus and Remus, man has turned to the heavens and wished to capture the essence of the planets and stars. Mezzanotte turned to Studio C to sell it.
As one of the nation’s leading real estate private equity firms, Normandy owns and operates one of the largest diversified real estate portfolios in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region. But their philanthropic efforts are just as important to them as their investments. Studio C created a campaign that effectively combines their professional and philanthropic focus, and can be used for many of the events they participate in.
Konica Minolta wanted an icon/character to serve as a representative of their OPS Solutions Program (Optimized Print Services). We gave life to OTIS (Optimization Industry Team Specialist). Take a moment to meet him. Studio C also assists KMBS with a plethora of digital graphic solutions to help promote both internal and external OPS marketing initiatives.
Atlantic Health’s Foundation puts out a quarterly publication to hospital donors, patients, and the community at large. Studio C redesigned the foundation’s publication to give it a more modern look that fits Atlantic Health’s brand. Studio C was also charged with incorporating a mechanism to denote Campaign 3SIXTY specific information and evaluated the overall content flow. We examined, combined and reorganized content to have a better information architecture, as well as introduce new sections to highlight their commitment to Campaign 3SIXTY.
Atlantic City Boardwalk Con places the Comic/Geek/Cosplay enthusiast in the center of the action. Studio C was paramount in the launch of the new show’s vibrant brand, advising on overall creative direction, logo and website development, as well as a slew of marketing communication materials that capture the excitement of a Con in Atlantic City. We had the honor of working with Mark Brooks—a MARVEL Comic Book Artist—to help develop the core campaign visual that puts MARVEL characters in our Atlantic City, NJ Boardwalk location. Studio C is also active in the development of the Con’s social media engagement.
New York. It’s the center of the world... and new ideas. What better place to premier the new face of digital printing, Konica Minolta’s bizhub PRESS C1100, the fastest digital press to date. Studio C created an impactful visual campaign to be carried out through all event communications. We highlighted the C1100’s beautiful image quality through a series of powerful materials that mirrored the bold and innovative quality of the product itself. All while engaging the press and vendors to come attend this NYC technological extravaganza.
Members of the band Live launched YRK, a quarterly publication that features exclusive content showcasing local shop owners, entrepreneurs, restaurants, entertainment, brew pubs and artists throughout York County, PA. The spirit of YRK is to excite the rebirth and revitalization of downtown York. Studio C helped revamp the magazine, giving it a more streamlined and modern approach in line with the band’s vision. Our team’s passion for typography played a huge role in why Studio C was approached for this project. We delivered a double holiday issue packed with engaging design and the spirit of the season... Studio C style.

Named Top Medium and Celebrity Psychic by Marie Claire Magazine, Jennifer Rogers needed an online presence that captured her personality and unique abilities. Studio C created a comprehensive site that balances the mystery behind her work with the life coach approach she takes with her teachings. Her work as a Spiritual Alchemist and Medium are all grounded in finding the answers you are looking for life’s questions. Jennifer’s amazing abilities have also been validated with her association with the Federal Bureau of Investigations where she has helped solve over 500 cases.

For the 4th straight year, Konica Minolta Business Solutions has won the coveted “A3 MFP Line of the Year” award from Buyers Laboratory, the leading global provider of information and rigorous testing services for the digital imaging industry. Studio C was honored to help them get the word out and celebrate this outstanding achievement. We created two videos conducting interviews and filming the best and the brightest at BLI and Konica.
