Challenge
Create a new, more efficient carrying case for Benjamin Moore’s portable color reference tools. The solution needed to house and clearly distinguish the various color collections.
Solution
Focus on the audience of designers, architects and sales representatives to inform the design approach:
Incorporating user feedback into the carrying case construction—lighter with more functional features.
Redesigning the color sheet information hierarchy to incorporate 3 languages for use across the entire North American market.
Updating the overall aesthetic—a sleek, modern look that resonates with the design community.

We redesigned the hierarchy on the back of the color pages, creating a standardized trilingual layout that could adapt to several sample page sizes. This allowed Benjamin Moore to use color sheets more fluidly across their North American market.
